Complementary Health Therapies Assessment
The Complementary Health Therapies Assessment can help support your application for membership of a professional association. Complementary Health Therapy practitioners generally need to hold full membership of a professional body to gain registration with a private health fund.
Once the practitioner has gained their professional membership and registration, their clients can claim reimbursement from their private health fund

What does the assessment involve?
The Complementary Health Therapies Assessment provides applicants with a statement of the major areas of study and provides you with comparability of the educational level of your overseas qualifications with the Australian Qualifications Framework educational levels.
The assessment of the level of your qualifications is dependent on many factors, including (but not limited to) the status of the institution, underpinning studies, length and mode of study, grades received, and the course's entry requirements.
When assessing an overseas qualification we look for recognition of the awarding institute and the accreditation of the program/qualification by the official educational authorities in its country. If we cannot identify the official recognition of a qualification in the respective country, we decline to assess the qualification.
Important Note:
Please note this is not an assessment for the purpose of migration to Australia. If you require a Skills Assessment for migration to Australia and VETASSESS is the designated assessing authority, please refer to Skills Assessment for Migration.

Please read notes about additional requirements for qualifications obtained from specific regions of the world below, to determine if they apply to your circumstances.
Provide us with your complete academic transcript. Transcripts are the official records from the institution outlining the courses / units of study as well as the final grades achieved as part of your academic qualification.
