Our Melbourne head office will be closed on Monday January 27 for the observed Australia Day public holiday, and will reopen on Tuesday January 28.

VETASSESS is now accepting applications for 20 more occupations. These changes reflect the Australian Government's introduction of the Skills in Demand Visa (subclass 482) and updates to the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186). 

Skills Assessment webinar on trade occupation assessments – November 7

From November 20 application fees for professional and general occupation assessments will increase in line with movements in inflation.  

VETASSESS has won an Auscontact Excellence Award for Victoria and Tasmania for our outstanding customer experience. 

VETASSESS now offers skills assessments for 692 occupations in regional Australia under the Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA) program. 

We are delighted to advise that we have reduced our skills assessment times for professional and other non-trade occupations. 

VETASSESS will hold Skills Assessment Webinars on Wednesday, July 31, with a focus on trade occupations, and a live Q&A session.

On July 15, VETASSESS will resume accepting new applications for two trade occupations: 

Electrician (General), ANZSCO Code 341111    

Metal Machinist (First Class), ANZSCO Code 323214 

VETASSESS has updated its skills assessment criteria for the ANZSCO occupation of Mathematician following discussions with the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute (AMSI).  

The Department of Home Affairs is updating the Temporary Graduate 485 visa.
